(joint venture) and relocated to No. 31 Badoujiao, Xian'an District, Xianning City. Under the guidance of experts from the former Ministry of Metallurgy and Ministry of Chemical Industry, a series of rubber anti-corrosion materials mainly composed of pre vulcanized butyl rubber were developed, which opened the way for the use of anti-corrosion materials in China and gradually applied to industries such as metallurgy, mining and smelting, phosphorus chemical industry, titanium dioxide, etc.

In 1999, participated in drafting the first national mandatory standard GB18241.1-2001 "Rubber Lining Part 1: Equipment Anti corrosion Lining" in the industry.
