On the afternoon of July 25th at 3 o'clock, Chen Gaohui, the full-time collective negotiation instructor of the Rights and Interests Protection Department (Legal Work Department) of the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, accompanied by Liu Cheng, Minister of the Rights and Interests Department of the Xianning City Federation of Trade Unions, Xu Yaming, Deputy Director of the Xianning City Federation of Trade Unions, and relevant comrades of the Xian'an District Federation of Trade Unions, went to the Huaning Anti corrosion Technology Industrial Park to investigate and supervise the collective negotiation work of Huaning Company's wages. Representatives from the company and major members of the labor union participated in this research and discussion. Union organizing committee member Jiang Jun introduced the development of the company's union work to instructor Chen Gaohui, focusing on the union's organizational structure, organizing employees to participate in environmental protection and safety training exercises, organizing employees to participate in labor skills competitions, organizing employees to participate in spring outings and expansion activities, providing financial assistance in the golden autumn, helping impoverished workers, sending cool workshops in the summer, recommending model workers, and national worker pioneers. Subsequently, a special report was made on the research on collective wage bargaining, and materials on conducting collective wage bargaining were presented to the research team. Instructor Chen Gaohui affirmed the work of the labor union of Huaning Company and put forward constructive improvement suggestions, hoping that the collective negotiation work of Huaning labor union can be more standardized and truly play a bridge and link role between the enterprise side and the employee side!
