20 years ago today, the restructured Hubei Huaning kicked off with a brand new attitude, embarking on a long journey of soaring, overcoming obstacles, standing at the forefront, and changing the world!

In the past 20 years, the company's various business indicators have undergone earth shaking changes, covering an area from 30 acres to 209 acres. The company has cumulatively paid 130 million yuan in taxes, achieved 140 million yuan in disposable income for employees, and paid more than 20 million yuan in employee social security.

In the past 20 years, the company's business scope and industry status have undergone earth shaking changes. It has evolved from a small and micro factory that can only produce single anti-corrosion materials and engage in sporadic maintenance to a specialized characteristic industrial park that integrates research and development platforms such as anti-corrosion and wear-resistant research institutes, academician (expert) workstations, provincial technology centers, and physical factories such as rubber material complexes, new material complexes, and equipment component complexes; From an unknown small enterprise, it has risen to become a drafting and participating unit for more than ten national or industry standards.

In the past 20 years, the company's social recognition and reputation have undergone earth shaking changes. Whether in terms of tax contributions, promoting employment, building a harmonious society, participating in charitable donations, etc., the company's patriotism and sense of responsibility have won high recognition and widespread praise from party committees, governments at all levels, and all sectors of society. It has also received various honors and commendations, becoming a highly reputable and influential enterprise in the region.  

In the past 20 years, the spiritual outlook of the company's employees has undergone earth shaking changes. "I am from Huaning, Huaning is my home" is no longer a slogan, but a spiritual destination. The sense of gain, pride, and happiness of all employees continues to increase. The loyalty medal just awarded to 21 employees, the essay award presented to 6 employees, as well as the stories told by Vice Chairman Zhang Xinhua, Chairman of the Supervisory Board Zhang Hongwei, Senior Administrative Advisor Shi Shenquan, and the first prize winner of the essay competition Wang Wei, are the best interpretations.

The cornerstone of respecting the market is' customer first ';

Human beings are the starting point and belonging of all social activities, so creating a "happy enterprise" is an inherent requirement for the existence and development of enterprises;

The era we are in is one of the rise and continuous upgrading of Made in China. With favorable timing, location, and people, it has created multiple possibilities and paths for our development, allowing us to show off our skills and gallop forward!

Since we can turn a small and micro factory that only produces a single material into a large-scale anti-corrosion technology industrial park, we will definitely be able to make it one of the strong enterprises in China and the world through unremitting efforts!

Since we have forged the broad mindedness of embracing all rivers, we must create a talent pool where thousands of sails compete, allowing ambitious, knowledgeable, brave, and talented individuals to become the main force and main force of Huaning! Since we have obtained the true essence of establishing a "happy enterprise", we must practice it wholeheartedly.
